Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment (80%)
– Find and endorse qualified candidates for remote jobs using online sources and creative recruiting methods.
– Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates for remote roles.
– Work with hiring managers to understand needs and adjust strategies.
– Use HR software to track recruitment data and schedule virtual interviews.
– Help new remote hires with onboarding for a smooth start.
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
– Facilitate remote town hall meetings for effective communication.
– Arrange virtual celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries.
– Aid in daily remote HR duties, data management, and document prep.
– Ensure precise HR record-keeping following company policies.
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must be tech-savvy
– Must be adaptable
– Must have high attention to detail
– Must be a great team player
Nice to haves:
– Basic computer support experience.
– Familiarity with United States federal and CA state HR law and policies related to personnel, recruiting, compliance, benefits, and/or payroll.
– SHRM-CP certification or other relevant HR certifications.
Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
