Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will span various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Support employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
HR Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits when necessary.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with HR team to identify training needs and organize relevant programs.
Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes.
Support managers and employees in goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports for management on HR-related data.
Employee Engagement:
Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Contribute ideas to enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
