Seller Fuel is looking to hire a Human Resource Coordinator to handle the daily administration of HR procedures, such as maintaining a record of employees’ records and assisting with interviews. Human Resource Coordinator responsibilities also entail carrying out duties with an eye on expanding our company’s talent pool and strengthening our sourcing strategies. Human Resource Coordinator should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
Human Resource Coordinator Job Responsibilities
Respond to HR-related questions or requests from internal and external parties and offer support.
Calls or emails about HR should be forwarded to the proper team member.
Ensure that all employment standards are met and maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) on paper and in a database.
Communicate with other divisions or tasks (payroll, benefits, etc.)
By finding individuals, doing background checks, helping with the shortlist, issuing employment contracts, etc., you can support the hiring and recruitment process.
Assist supervisors in performance management methods
Plan meetings, interviews, and HR events, and keep the team’s calendar current.
Assists in orientations, onboarding, and record updates for new hires.
Make reports on general HR activity and submit them.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects, such as the gathering of information.
Human Resource Coordinator Requirements
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Have experience doing administrative tasks.
Highly trainable
Excellent research, organization, and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Trello, Slack, Excel, Google, and Office.

LakiKid is an in-house brand owned by SellerFuel company that helps kids with special learning needs like Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder by providing support, education, and products. It was created based on the founder’s experience of raising his son who has Autism and ADHD. We run an online support group with 1600+ parents, and have helped over 9K+ kids with our products since our inception in 2017, our products are also being used in 300+ Locations including NBA Arenas, Football and Baseball stadiums, aquariums, and zoos across the United States as part of KultureCity’s Sensory Inclusive Initiative program. We are working on launching an exciting new program called Sensory Inclusive Classroom, which takes the programs that we have in NBA stadiums to the classroom where kids can be successful in school as well through the inclusive environment.
