Faculty Position: Human Resource Development Management Professor

Costa Leona Colleges invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the College of Business Administration. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and competent individual who is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service. The chosen applicant will join in a thriving department and has the opportunity to contribute to the college’s academic and intellectual endeavors.

Responsibilities:
The qualified applicant is expected to:
• Deliver high-quality instruction about human resources management or related areas at the undergraduate levels.
• Establish a good and inclusive learning environment, promote critical thinking, and involve students in discussions about HR theories, practices, and cases.
• Actively participate in scholarly research and contribute to the academic community through papers, presentations, and other activities.
• Provide academic and career advice/mentoring to students pursuing degrees or certificates in human resources.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and activities to enhance the academic unit’s functioning.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
• A Ph.D. in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with HR specialization, or a relate field such as Organizational Behavior and Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in teaching human resource courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Demonstrated competence in teaching, effective communication skills, and a commitment to student success.
• Actively conducting research on various human resources related field.
• Preferably at least 1 year of practical experience in HR roles, consulting, or related areas can provide real-world insights that enrich classroom discussions.
