Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s goals and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage and oversee the company’s HRIS system.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and CriteriaCorp, an HR management software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
