ROLE DESCRIPTION
This full-time on-site role as an Employee Relations specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Employee Relations tasks. The specialist will handle employee engagement, HR policies, labor and employment law compliance, performance management, and more for Collective Solution in Quezon City.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
With a minimum of 1 year of related experience and relevant technical training, preferably in labor management, etc.
Strong knowledge of Human Resource laws, policies, and procedures.
Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Has experience in handling administrative labor issues NLRC, and SENA cases.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and values personal traits such as integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
Proficient in self-directed tasks and thrives in an independent work environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in employee experience.
Must be amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle employee complaints and respond to employee questions or escalations
Track the status of disciplinary/administrative cases and labor cases.
Review and approve all disciplinary actions, including written reprimands, suspensions, pay sanctions, and terminations.
Prepare and review memoranda (show cause memos, notices, incident reports, etc.) to comply with the administrative due process.
Conducts investigations of workplace violations and administers a progressive disciplinary policy and procedure.
Highly capable of handling administrative, labor issues, NLRC, and SENA cases.
Issuing NTE and NODS, and conducting administrative hearings
Ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements.
Ensure fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings.
Provide counsel and advice regarding performance management and discipline
Maintains neat and orderly files of all employee discipline information and ensures confidentiality
Develop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Conduct exit management for resigned and terminated employees.
Monitor completion of clearance processing of separated employees.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
