We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing HR operations, and developing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company’s mission and values.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and conduct employee training and development programs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best HR practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
• Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and tools.
