We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Interviewer to join our team. The HR Interviewer will be responsible for conducting interviews with job applicants to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and interviewing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews with job applicants to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions within the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
• Create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
• Screen and review resumes and applications to determine which candidates meet the minimum qualifications for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with job applicants and hiring managers.
• Facilitate pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and background checks as needed.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers on the performance of job applicants during the interview process.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable legal requirements, throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all job applicants and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or interviewing***
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
Must be able to work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
