Job Description

Human Resource Manager responsible for helping recruit, train, motivate the right people into the right position.

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is a key leadership position that will focus on ensuring our business has 100% of the right people in the right seats.

The HRM is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.

Our business is undergoing transformational change. We currently operate a good business that is changing into a dynamic, rapidly growing great business and the HRM’s role is to ensure 100% of our people are the right people in the right seats.

We have chosen the Entrepreneurial Operating System ((EOS) to be the system to help deliver the transformational to propel our organisation on its journey from good to GREAT.

You will need to be able to demonstrate you have the EOS hands on experience to facilitate business wide EOS implementation.

As an HR professional, you’re adding value to the business, not only through sourcing and recruiting the best talent,
but by supporting employees, creating a great employee culture and looking at ways to make a positive difference in the workplace.
