PLEASE READ!!!

Provide administrative support for domestic and international recruitment across all recruitment platforms, including but not limited to, creating adverts, posting jobs, screening, interview coordination and/or attendance, and updating position descriptions. Linkedin Recruiter experience preferred.

Ensure effective, efficient and timely administration in all areas managed by the HR team, ensuring compliance with Health First Group’s policies and employment legislation

Activities include but are not limited to:
Produce letters of offer and employment agreements; Variations to employment agreements; Entering of staff details into HR information system; Certifications Vetting; HR reporting; Administration of employee benefits and HR programs; and Other requests as required from time to time.

Partner with other departments, to support the achievement of business outcomes through people

Appointment and induction processes; Job sizing and evaluation processes; Career progression; Explanation and clarification of conditions of employment as detailed in the employment agreements and policies; Salary progression rounds processes; and Other matters as required from time to time.

Develop and update effective HR policies, procedures and forms.

Collaborate with payroll to interpret and apply Awards and relevant remuneration legislation;
Facilitating resolution of employment relations issues in a respectful and confidential manner, to assist employees and managers in creating productive, engaging work environments.

Case management of ER, IR and performance management issues and conducting investigations or workplace reviews in line with relevant legislation

Deliver training, induction and assessment services via Google Meets.

Conduct support sessions with staff and regularly contact staff to provide support and feedback to all staff to ensure successful completion of the material.

Monitor, mark and conduct employee assessments

Plan, review and improve training and assessment materials, including participating in assessment validation/moderation for continuous improvement.

Record, and update existing training manuals, presentations and videos.

Complete individual and group training sessions with administrators.

Become subject matter expert with patient management systems and business processes and procedures.

Create an engaging and positive learning environment for employees

A high level of English language proficiency is a must.
Good communication skills are required.
Punctual, professional individual who wants career growth.
Experience working within the Australian market is a necessity including knowledge of Australian Employment Standards.
