Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an HR – Human Resource Manager to help us manage our distributed team in the Philippines and beyond. The right person will have experience working with a dispersed team, creating opportunities for growth, and hiring/training new staff. Bonus points for someone that has worked with a US-based company that has a Philippines staff, experience with a digital marketing agency, or both.

Responsibilities include:
– Performance management – deliver performance management programs that drive a high-performance culture.
– Recruitment & selections – Directly manage the recruitment & selection process, and train managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
– Learning & development – implement & effectiveness of training programs
– Human resource policy – develop, implement & maintain human resources policies across the organizations, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
– Reporting and management of human resource metrics – Produce reports on key metrics including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism & turnover.
– Leadership – Mentor direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.

Candidates need:
– Tertiary qualifications in human resources management or business management and extensive knowledge of experience within an HR environment.
– A demonstrative track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within complex, multi-business organizations
– Superior interpersonal, coaching, communications, negotiations, and consultative skills at all levels.
– Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence key change initiatives.
– Demonstrative commitments to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas.
