Roles and Responsibilities of HR and Recruitment Manager:

1. Recruitment Planning: The HR and Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing recruitment plans and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and workforce needs. This includes analyzing job requirements, identifying recruitment sources, determining selection criteria, and establishing a timeline for hiring.

2. Job Posting and Advertising: The HR and Recruitment Manager creates job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates. This involves writing compelling job descriptions, selecting appropriate platforms for posting, and creating attractive and engaging content to promote the opportunities.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: The HR and Recruitment Manager actively searches for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and more. They review resumes and application materials, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for further assessment.

4. Interviewing and Selection: The HR and Recruitment Manager coordinates and conducts interviews with candidates. They develop interview questions, assess candidates’ skills and qualifications, and evaluate their cultural fit within the organization. They may also collaborate with other stakeholders in the interview process, such as department heads or senior managers.
