The Human Resource Officer will report to the Chief of Staff.
Job Overview
The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting our remote workforce, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes. This position requires a proactive and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for remote positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance reviews, career development, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate remote team-building activities and initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning and development programs.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in remote workforce management and HR administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on remote workforce management preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR US/international laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HRIS software, Google Suite, Slack.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Official work shift 8 am – 12 pm PST (flexibility available depending on workload or department)
Onboarding 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST – 2 days
Training 8:30am – 12:30apm PST – 2-6 days
Compensation
USD $850 – $1,100 per month
