Job Description

The Consultant Agency is looking for a Human Resource Expert to work jointly with recruitment and oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of employees. As a Human Resource Expert, you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. You will also provide advice to the employer on recruitment, interviewing, and improving their brand.

Responsibilities for Human Resource Manager
– Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
– Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer
– Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand
– Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
– Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
– Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
– Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
– Creating clear and concise reports.
– Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
– Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
– Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

Qualifications for Human Resource Expert
– Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
– Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
– Knowledge of labor laws (Australia and Philippines)
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
– Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
– Knowledge of social media and professional networks
– Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
-With STRONG communications skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

Job Details:
– Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Philippine time)
– Part-time (temporarily), Work from home/anywhere
– Negotiable depending on experience and skills
