Job Summary:
Work from Anywhere – The Human Resource Training Manager will create and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience ranging from php45,000 – php50,000
Automatic Raise of php1,000 every 6 months

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs
Oversees the daily activities of training associates
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive for any need on improvement plan
Leads Weekly Meeting with other corporate staff
Communicates with clients about performance issues with staff
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work Shift Monday thru Friday – 8 pm to 5 am with 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15 minute breaks.
Create training programs for all facets in human resources
Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to an approved training budget.
Prepares and implements training budget.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Understands legal perimeters dictating human resource activities in the countries of operation.
With at least 2 years supervisory experience in Human Resource
Handling a training is a plus but not necessary
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
Thorough understanding of training processes.
Ability to moderate 10-20 groups.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite Products or related software.
Knowledge on Training Needs Analysis
Knowledgeable in Training Calendar
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development/Psychology/Communications or related area required.
At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience in Human Resources.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Equipment Requirements
Laptop with at least i5 processor and 8gb of ram
Noise Cancelling Headset
Internet with at least 20 mbps
Back Up wifi
