Job Summary
Work from Anywhere – The Human Resource Virtual Assistant will perform various administrative and clerical support services for USA based Human Resource Department Clients. They can perform multiple tasks, including recruiting, managing employee files, scheduling appointments and interviews, and preparing and sending out offer letters.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience ranging from php32,000 – php41,000
Automatic Raise of php1,000 every 6 months

Key Performance Areas of this position
Perform the Human Resource duties requested by client that may include:
• Co-ordinate new staff appointments, staff onboarding and offboarding processes
• Co-ordinate staff check-ins and provide client feedback
• Co-ordinate staff benefits and other terms and conditions of engagement
• Identify and resolve problems relating to staff and clients, including performance, attendance, timekeeping, and other general HR related issues
• Reporting, administration, and data processing
• Client liaison to give effect to the abovementioned and related tasks
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work Shift Monday thru Friday – 8 pm to 5 am with 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15 minute breaks. Subject to change based on client’s needs. Perform the Human Resource duties requested by client and work a schedule desired by client. This will include but is not limited to:
Manage onboarding of new staff, including all documentation processed and liaising with the recruitment team and the client
Manage the offboarding process for all terminated staff
Contact staff as per check-in schedule to assess their progress, integration, suitability, and development in the job or any problems experienced
Provide general client feedback and updates relating to staff performance and outcomes from check-in process
Assist with obtaining annual rate reviews, benefits, or bonuses for staff where applicable
Provide systems administration, implementation, and related training of staff
Maintain all HR records, data, forms, and documents as required
Administering payroll related duties for staff
Administering time and attendance of staff
Administering record-keeping for all types of leave
Introduce and manage new initiatives to support staff wellbeing
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and or/print media for open positions
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/Industry community and marketplace
Adhoc task that maybe assigned by the client
Required Skills/Abilities:
Able to work alone effectively, and in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
Excellent in email and punctuation skills
Strong client service skills
Atleast intermediate in conflict resolution, negotiation and time management skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite Products or related software.
Tech savvy
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
OR
At least one year of experience performing human resource functions

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
