PFS Global is seeking to hire a remote, Human Resources Administrative Assistant to work in our business management firm which is located in California, United States. Your job responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
2. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
3. Prepare and process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
4. Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
5. Manage and update HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
6. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers.
7. Provide administrative support for HR projects, training initiatives, and performance management processes.
8. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
9. Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
