Total Care Connections is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Administrator. As part of our bustling HR department, you will be a cornerstone in our mission to provide exemplary service to both our staff and clients.

Successful candidates will possess a solid understanding of employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration, along with excellent conflict management and decision-making abilities. You will be key in the recruitment process, and your adept problem-solving skills will help ensure our HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations and executive functions.
Maintain digital and physical employee records.
Update and manage employee files meticulously.
Conduct exit interviews and complete termination paperwork.
Address and resolve payroll inquiries from our extensive team.
Execute efficient onboarding processes for new hires.
Manage and monitor the Human Resources email account.
Process wage garnishments and unemployment claims.
Create and manage job postings.
Handle employment verification requests and notarize documents.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Requirements:
Exposure to payroll practices and a full understanding of HR functions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email, MS Office and related business tools.
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
