Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee our payroll and benefits administration, manage Time Doctor, establish and nurture employee relations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and develop robust HR processes. This role requires experience with remote teams and working with US clients. The ideal candidate should be open to working US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Payroll and Benefits:
-Manage and administer employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
-Create and oversee benefits programs, including paid leaves and other employee perks.
-Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage Time Doctor:
-Administer and oversee the use of Time Doctor for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
-Train employees on Time Doctor usage and best practices.
-Analyze data from Time Doctor to provide insights and recommendations for improving productivity.
Establish Employee Relations:
-Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations strategies.
-Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and sensitivity.
-Promote open communication and trust between management and employees.
Drive Employee Engagement:
-Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
-Organize company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
-Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve engagement efforts.
Build HR Processes:
-Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
-Stay updated on HR best practices to ensure the company’s HR processes are current.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on remote teams and working with US clients.
-Knowledge of HR and payroll systems
-Proficiency in using Time Doctor or similar time-tracking software.
-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes.
-Experience managing employee relations and engagement in a remote work environment.
-Must be open to working US hours.
-Enjoys being creative and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
-Preferably based in Cebu
