Results:
The HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Policy Development is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts, implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing performance tracking, and developing HR policies and benefits programs. This role also encompasses managing client recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in talent acquisition, familiarity with performance management, and a strong understanding of employment laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR policy development.
2. Familiarity with performance tracking systems and performance management methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
7. Experience in developing HR policies and benefits programs is a plus.
8. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and utilize various channels to attract top talent.
3. Establish performance tracking systems and metrics to evaluate employee performance against goals.
4. Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company culture.
6. Develop and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.
7. Manage client recruitment processes, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, and offer facilitation.
