The job of an HR Operations Director is important to business success. HR Strategy and Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge the gap between management and associates by addressing their demands, grievances, and other issues to create a positive working environment.
Talent Management: Support the company’s current and future needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital. Implement performance appraisal systems, maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program, and assess training needs to enhance the capabilities of our workforce.
Reporting and Decision Support: Provide management with key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Regularly report on the progress of strategic initiatives, HR strategies, and overall business performance.
Strategic Alignment and Vision: Work closely with the CEO to understand the long-term vision and mission of the company. Regularly assess progress towards these goals, adapting strategies as needed, and providing insightful recommendations to achieve them.
Effective Communication: Act as a communication bridge between the CEO’s office and internal departments. Foster transparent and open lines of communication to maintain trust and credibility. Establish a rhythm of regular updates, meetings, and feedback channels to ensure everyone is aligned with the strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and business development efforts. Create a collaborative and goal-oriented atmosphere within these teams, where each member’s strengths are leveraged for the best results.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor in addressing complex business issues and leading special projects. Bring data-driven insights and creative problem-solving skills to the table, ensuring well-informed and timely decisions.
Leadership Meetings: Collaborate with the executive team to develop agendas for leadership meetings. Facilitate these meetings to ensure that critical action points are discussed, documented, and followed up on. Maintain a focus on accountability and progress tracking.

Requirements:
Proven working experience as an HR and Operations Director
People-oriented and results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or a related field
