Job Description:
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in our organization’s growth and development. As a remote-first company, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment for our team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, handling benefits and payroll, and improving our team’s overall performance. You will be expected to use Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology to set goals and measure your performance.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
– Use the OKR methodology to measure your performance and adjust strategies as needed.
– Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract, hire, and integrate top-quality talent.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage any issues or conflicts within the team.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
– Improve job satisfaction by building a positive and collaborative remote working environment.
– Develop and manage a feedback system for employees, including surveys and Q&A sessions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
– Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
– Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
– Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
– Ability to strategize and implement performance management.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
– A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Working hours:
• Tuesday to Saturday (6am – 2pm PH Time)
