Primary Responsibilities
– Own and manage the recruiting and onboarding process
– Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are aligned with business goals
– Increase employee engagement and decrease voluntary turnover by identifying levers and implementing effective strategies
– Assist in improving and implementing new updates for all our HR Apps
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an e-commerce business based in the US
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines and the US
– High IQ, high EQ, excellent communication, passion, and strong critical thinking skills
– Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
– Tech Savvy
– Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding team members, payroll, and company information
Nice to Haves:
– Experience with apps like ADP, Zenefits, and JazzHR
– SHRM-CP certification
Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
