Job Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and provide them guidance on HR-related matters.
Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
Stay abreast of legislative changes and update policies accordingly.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and other perks.
Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize team-building activities and events.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on HR activities and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
