Job Description

Must possess:
-Human Resources experience (Screening, Recruitment, Onboarding, Contracts, etc)
-High skill level in Administration (Google Docs especially)
-English fluency and excellent communication skills
-Confidence to host video calls/interviews
-Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
-Confidence to work autonomously once trained

Ideal but not essential:
-University qualified in Human Resources
-Experience in casting performers in entertainment industry
-Experience scheduling logistics
-Experience with Project Management and CRM software

enthusiastic Casting & HR Manager to join our team in our growing company.

If you are motivated, efficient, have a positive attitude, excellent computer,
administration and service skills, creative flair, experience with Casting or HR
and are willing to work flexible hours this is the position you have been looking
for. And if you have performance and/or Event Operations skills and experience
that’s a bonus too.
The main focus will be recruiting performers for our events business, but will
also handle the recruitment and ongoing support of our admin staff based in
PH and Australia.

Main Casting & HR Duties will include:
o Taking charge of sourcing, interviewing and recruiting entertainers in ALL
Australian capital cities.
o Taking accurate details of performers, ie. experience, measurements
and availabilities, etc
o Preparing, sending and collating performer contracts, along with
Superannuation forms, TFN declarations, etc;
o Verifying Working with Children Checks and other relevant IDs
o Checking on success and well-being of performers during season
o Collecting and delivering feedback to/from performers/clients
o Recruiting and onboarding admin/sales/marketing staff in PH and in Australia
o Performance reviews, setting up and monitoring KPIs, mediation, motivation, ongoing support of staff
