OneEnergy Partners, LLC, formed in late 2015, assembled, developed and divested of a ~12,000 net acre leasehold position and a ~5,000 net royalty acre mineral/override position in the Northern Delaware Basin. OneEnergy Partners II Holdings, LLC, formed in early 2019, is currently focused on identifying, accumulating and developing conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets across several major North American oil and natural gas plays.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, serving as a strategic partner to the management team and ensuring the smooth functioning of all human resources operations. The primary objective of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the energy industry.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques and partnerships to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Collaborate with partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management:
Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive performance and development.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and resources.
Develop and implement HR-related KPIs.
Develop and implement performance metrics of individual team members.

Development of Policies, SOPs, and Workflows:
Lead the development of HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee the proper implementation of policies, SOPs, and workflows across the organization.

Mentoring and Coaching:
As the team grows, provide proper mentoring and coaching to its team members.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR team.

Payroll Process:

Must be knowledgeable about the payroll process.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
Collaborate with finance department to resolve any payroll-related issues..

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Proven experience working in start-up or high-growth environments is a MUST.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
Must be willing to work during US Central Standard Time (CST).
