**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and hire qualified personal trainers.
2. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with SVNP’s values, standards, and client-centric approach.
3. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify potential candidates.
4. Build and maintain relationships with fitness education institutions, associations, and industry professionals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals.
6. Screen and interview candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and commitment to SVNP’s mission.
7. Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
9. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding successful candidates.
10. Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of personal training qualifications, certifications, and industry standards.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
4. Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
6. A passion for health, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
