We’re looking to hire a team member to join our team in our Human Resources Specialist role as a direct hire. Maybe you? We’re not looking to hire a recruiting agency. We are a growing SaaS with a text and voice messaging CRM platform for real estate professionals serving US customers.
You will have plenty of training and collaboration with colleagues to guarantee your success in this role. You’ll be joining an established company with 50+ employees.
Qualifications:
– 3 years of experience in human resources
– You’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
– You’re a people-first person and place others before yourself

– You have excellent communication and conversational skills both written and verbal
– You have Proficient or Native level English-speaking skills
– You’re available and willing to work US hours
Preferred qualifications:
– Past work experience in human resources at a SaaS company
– Past work experience in human resources at a real estate company
What you’ll do:
– Source candidates for open roles through various job boards
– Filter candidates and short list them for interviews
– Schedule interviews with candidates
– Onboard employees when they’re hired
– Assign role trainings and share necessary platform access
– Schedule performance reviews for team leads
– Archive and organize employee documents
– Announce birthdays, holidays, and employment anniversaries
– Process HR-related documentation
– Fulfill employee requests as submitted
– Manage our internal HR platform
– Manage our employee training platform
– Work a minimum of 40 hours/week between 10AM – 7pm EST on weekdays
