We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage various HR functions and ensure our HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

– Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
– Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
– Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff as needed.
– Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
– Conduct training sessions and support employee development programs.
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
– Participate in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
– Provide support in other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
– At least 6 months of experience working a graveyard shift.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
– A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

This is a remote position with a shift based in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
The position requires flexibility to work graveyard shifts as needed.
