Our clinic in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Human Resources Virtual Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain employee schedules and manage time-off requests
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Manage employee files and ensure compliance with HR regulations
• Communicate with staff and providers via email and other digital platforms
• Maintain employee records, such as contracts, attendance, and performance reviews
• Other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with HR processes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must be willing to work during US Central Time
• Internet speed: at least 10 MBPS (upload/download)
• Operating System: Windows
Salary: $2-$3 per hour (depending on experience)
