Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm EST, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
The screening will be from 8pm to 3am MNL.

Job Overview:
The HVAC Estimator is responsible for accurately determining the costs associated with HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, collaborating with engineering and sales teams, and preparing detailed cost estimates to support project bids and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of HVAC work required.
• Perform detailed material and labor take-offs to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and bid proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather relevant data for estimation.
• Analyze historical data and industry trends to refine and improve estimation accuracy.
• Maintain and update estimation databases and tools with current pricing and cost information.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Communicate with clients to address questions, provide clarifications, and adjust estimates as necessary.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools (e.g., FastEST, QuoteSoft, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
