HVAC Estimator and Comfort Advisor

Direct Improvements is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HVAC Estimator and Comfort Advisor to join our team remotely. As a Lead HVAC Estimator and Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with comprehensive HVAC solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to work independently and be comfortable communicating with customers both in person and over the phone. In addition, you should be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct detailed HVAC system assessments for residential and commercial properties
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs
– Provide customers with recommendations on HVAC systems that meet their needs and budget
– Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
– Work with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

– Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC systems
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Able to start work at 8 a.m. and be on call to 8 p.m. eastern time (average 8 hours daily)
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

In addition to the requirements listed above, good typing skills are also a requirement for this position. The ability to type quickly and accurately is important for maintaining timely and accurate records, communicating with customers and colleagues via email or chat, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
