Job Description

Hello, I am looking for someone to become a true collaborator with me in my growing business.

The function of this role will include:
• video podcast editing & management
• some social media post creation & work (based on existing templates)
• online course creation & management assistance (using podia)
• some admin tasks (email replies, spreadsheet tracking, and other organization project)

My work and the content I make it around spirituality, personal growth & development, consciousness, manifestation, and emotional healing – The person I hire will need to have a previous interest in and basic understanding of these concepts to be able to effectively edit these podcasts and create clips and show notes. REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Video editing (ideally podcast editing), clip creation
-Summarizing content into captions / show notes /emails etc, being able to summarize content to main take-aways or main topics discussed
-experience posting content to Instagram (IG) and TikTok (Even if its for personal account)
-Prior interest in & basic understanding of topics related to: spirituality, personal growth & development, mysticism, etc
-Ability to communicate proactively & clearly about progress and questions
-Ability to keep requests from Bre organized to keep track of them to complete them or integrate feedback
-Ability to be consistent in availability to work & train both with me over Zoom or in work you do between our meetings
• Our meetings would be between the hours of 3:30 pm PST to 5:30 pm PST on weekdays. These meetings would happen 2-4 times a week in the first couple months to train you, and then would be at least once a week once fully onboarded.

Skills to be used in role:
• Organization & proactive communication: keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and communicating about progress, struggles, changes, or questions
• Initiative in learning new things: ability to look into new topics or tools to use and create notes about learnings
• Willingness to collaborate and offer feedback and suggestions to create more effectiveness or efficiency
• Ability to be consistent in availability to work & train both with me over Zoom or in work you do between our meetings

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Podcast:
Edit the episode recording (video /audio)
Create show notes
Edit 3 clips per episode
Create thumbnail for episodes (using template)
Upload/schedule episode on SFP(spotify for podcasters) & YouTube
Prep clips for social media & captions (with template)
Prep new episode posts & schedule it on IG (with template)
Post clips throughout the week (to IG and Tiktok)
Share posts to IG stories with the links
Keep track of pod episode trends and performance (on SFP)
Emails to podcast guests before or after episode recordings

Social media:
Post content to IG and tiktok accounts
Help create reoccurring posts on canva & post them to IG/TT (mostly from templates already created)
Help create new posts (stories, grid) for new launches, announcements
Help suggest ideas for adding value to followers and increasing engagement
Post reoccurring stories throughout the week

Assistant/Admin:
Keep organized system / tracker of your tasks you working on/scheduled completed, shared with Bre (likely will use Notion)
Use their preferred timekeeping system to report timecard weekly
Have proactive communication via Whatsapp with Bre about questions and updates
Help keep track/simple excel reports of sales and client books (mostly pulling from Wix)
Send follow up emails from client sessions to clients within 48 hours (templates will be provided)
Complete one off projects
Help in uploading / creating of online courses or digital products on (using Podia, experience with this platform ideal but not required)
Help convert notes about expenses into an excel tracker
Help track metrics for business goals throughout the year
After learning the flow and basics, giving suggestions to create more effectiveness and efficiency
