Job Description:

We are seeking a Hybrid Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our entrepreneurial ventures and driving the growth of our e-commerce store. This all-rounder role is perfect for someone who is eager to dive into a variety of tasks and gain experience across different areas of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entrepreneur.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Handle email correspondence and other communications.

• Assist with personal tasks and special projects as needed.

Marketing & Sales:

• Support with marketing tasks including social media management and content calendar creation.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategies.

• Engage with customers through various channels to promote our products.

• Help drive sales and achieve targets for the e-commerce store.

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing concepts.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in executive assistance, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
