Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at KDCI. As a Senior Virtual
Assistant, the role will be multifaceted, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and productivity of the client’s real estate operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, update, and engage on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to bolster online presence.
• Efficiently handle emails, declutter inboxes, and create compelling email templates.
• Organize and maintain schedules and calendars, ensuring timely reminders and efficient time management.
• Regularly update and maintain client databases, send out greetings for special occasions, and ensure data accuracy.
• Engage in client communications, coordinate activities, complete loan applications, and draft real estate agreements.
• Conduct tasks like booking flight accommodations, purchasing event tickets, and selecting gifts.
• Keep track of expenses with precision and clarity.
• Update and maintain the website as needed.
• Track and log sales data, providing necessary reports.
• Perform various research tasks to support both business and personal needs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Competent with Facebook, Instagram, Follow Up Boss, Airtable, Zapier, Loom, ChatGPT, and Google Drive.
• Candidate must have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn MLS, Glide, and Arive (Training will be provided). Experience coordinating, encouraging, and motivating internal teams.
• Must have the Ability to analyze data.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, property listings, and industry-specific terminology. (plus, but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and other stakeholders.
• Willing to work on US working hours.
• The applicant must be ready to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
