Job Description

We are a consultancy and marketing agency for NDIS providers, focused on helping them grow and scale through effective marketing and business development strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us drive our success and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing and business development tasks, from social media management to client outreach, with the goal of increasing visibility and engagement for ourselves.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, including organic content creation, paid ads, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns with downloads, on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, market competition, and client needs to inform marketing and business development strategies.
• Create and maintain email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot or other email marketing tools.
• Perform outreach to potential clients and partners, including emailing and direct messaging on social media platforms.
• Manage client accounts, including scheduling appointments, tracking leads, and monitoring engagement.
• Create reports and provide regular updates on the status of marketing campaigns and business development efforts.
• Take direction from senior team members and show initiative in executing tasks independently.
• Complete all tasks on time and to a high standard of quality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Social Media Management Tasks:
1 Develop and execute social media content strategy for NDIS providers.
2 Create and publish engaging organic content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
3 Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
4 Research and identify relevant hashtags and industry trends to improve social media visibility.
5 Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
6 Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
7 Manage social media calendars and schedule posts in advance.
8 Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-quality visual content for social media platforms.
Organic Outreach Tasks:
1 Research and identify potential clients or partners for NDIS providers.
2 Engage in outreach activities such as posting in Facebook groups, emailing providers, and DMing providers to generate leads.
3 Research and identify relevant industry events, conferences, or webinars to participate in or attend.
4 Participate in relevant industry forums and groups to increase visibility and build relationships.
5 Monitor and report on outreach activities to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions for future outreach strategies.
Administration Tasks:
1 Manage and organize the company’s email inbox, responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
2 Set up and manage appointments on behalf of the company.
3 Create and manage a database of potential clients and partners.
4 Monitor and manage the company’s inbox and social media accounts for incoming messages.
5 Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping.
6 Schedule appointments for NDIS providers with potential clients or partners.

Initiative and Direction:
1 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
2 Make recommendations for improving social media campaigns, outreach efforts, and administration tasks.
3 Take ownership of projects and take the initiative to see them through to completion.
4 Provide regular updates on progress and make adjustments as needed based on feedback.
Overall, the virtual assistant will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, executing outreach efforts to potential clients, and handling administrative tasks associated with marketing and business development. Through a combination of strategic planning, creative content creation, and effective communication, the virtual assistant will help the company grow and scale its business.
