Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our new cleaning company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience with booking management, specifically using the Booking Koala platform. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, answering and making phone calls, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Utilize your expertise in the Booking Koala platform to manage and organize appointments, reservations, and scheduling on behalf of our clients. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling booking requests and making adjustments as necessary.
Phone Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and promptly. Effectively communicate with clients, provide information, and address inquiries or concerns. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while representing our organization.
Administrative Support: Assist with a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, email management, and general correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
English Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills. Communicate clearly and effectively through email, phone calls, and other forms of written and verbal communication.
Requirements:
Experience with Booking Koala: Prior experience in managing bookings and appointments using the Booking Koala platform is essential.
Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills are crucial for effective customer interactions and communication within the team.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Reliability and Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various software applications, communication tools, and online platforms for administrative tasks and customer support.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
