Customer Service and Car Dispatch Representative

Are you seeking a rewarding long-term role that combines customer service excellence with efficient car dispatching? We’re currently hiring for a full-time position that entails handling inbound inquiries, dispatching services, and maintaining seamless communication with both buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities include:

Day-to-day support of the business – emails, daily tasks, client communication (mostly written), lead follow-ups, and closing sales.
(g) detail-oriented and task-oriented – In junk car business everything has to stay on schedule, so I need someone who understands and can take ownership of that.

– [ ] Business development and Research – Able to research and do the time-consuming work of getting on “vendor lists,” RFIs, RFPs, etc., to help grow the business.

Social Media Marketing

* Managing inbound phone calls and texts on a daily basis
* Sending and receiving text messages to buyers
* Communicating effectively with both sellers and buyers
* Maintaining and updating lists of available cars
* Coordinating pickup schedules
* Following up on leads and inquiries
* Copying and pasting leads for dissemination to buyers
* Generating daily sales reports and managing invoicing
* Conducting daily lead management
* Managing leads effectively
* Posting on social media platforms
* Utilizing scripted responses and managing schedules efficiently

We provide comprehensive training on scripts and inventory management.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, and be highly punctual MUST BE ABLE TO RESPOND QUICK TO ALL MATTERS

Last but not least – due to the time difference – your shift will have to be US daytime hours.
