Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing top-notch IT support? We are seeking a highly skilled and independent I.T. Support Specialist to join our dynamic Australian I.T. Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, addressing a wide range of I.T. support requests.
Some of the Responsibilities include:
Independent Troubleshooting: Take the lead in resolving complex technical issues independently, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving expertise. We do not provide manuals on how to fix problems. We need you to have the skills and most of all the ability to problem solve all sorts of End user Windows I.T. Desktop, Office 365, Networking, routing, switching, VOIP and system-based issues.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving I.T. support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Windows Desktop Support: Proficiently handle Windows desktop-related issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Office 365 & Azure Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in Office 365 and Azure to troubleshoot, configure, and support cloud-based solutions.
VOIP Support: Manage and troubleshoot VOIP systems, ensuring uninterrupted communication for our users.
Networking: Address networking issues, both wired and wireless, to maintain a stable and secure network environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
Requirements:
Proven experience in I.T. support with a focus on Windows desktop environments.
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Azure services.
Expertise in supporting VOIP systems.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is fulltime and is a work from home position. As part of your interview, you will be required to complete a set of real-world scenarios to determine if you have the ability to problem sole by yourself.
