Before applying: Please know that I’m seeking someone who is an excellent problem solver who knows how to research, is proactive and has extremely good CONFIDENT english speaking voice (to the style of an American) and someone with an extremely outgoing and friendly personality. We’re looking for someone with a human touch and not introverts with “robotic” applications and personalities. If you apply with a generic copy/paste, you’re application will be ignored. English must be at a C2 level with an IQ of above 115 and you will be required to send a video showing your english speaking skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a general admin (virtual assistant) to handle various tasks for two of our musical American touring wedding a party bands. We are a full-time traveling party band operating throughout the southeastern US, performing at weddings, corporate events, and national venues. This band is very versatile and we’re looking for someone who can roll with the punches while keeping a great attitude. We are not just a band or a business; we are a family who wants to win and we rely on each other every week. This band has had consistent work and amazing reviews ever since its inception, and the coming years are going to be a very exciting time. If chosen, you will have a training period and a trial period to make sure everything goes well, and then your regular role will begin immediately after.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks will included but not limited to
• Maintain and manage band event calendars, while updating all band members of changes.
• Advancing wedding clients along with owners – via email, phone calls, iphone messaging, zoom or google hangouts.
• Creating and managing band event itineraries and timelines.
• Maintain and update band transportation schedule. Schedule, book and confirm travel and accommodations for the team.
• Have a relatively open schedule and be able to speak and text consistently on a 24 hour basis.
• Send a weekly report through email, detailing completed and upcoming gig details as well as weekly calendar updates to the band.
• Help owners keep up with client emails that may either go to spam/promotion or of we haven’t replied in over 24/48 hours.
• Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following
1. Customer service (phone and email)
2. Calendar management
3. Appointment setting
4. General Admin
5. Project Management

SOFT SKILLS
We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:

SALARY
$300/month for part-time work
$500/month for full-time work
