We are seeking a talented and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing new affiliates to expand our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, Revenue share, CPA, Hybrid etc, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify potential affiliates through various channels, including industry research, competitor analysis, networking events, online forums, and social media platforms. Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality affiliates who align with our target audience and brand values.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential affiliates, communicate our value proposition, and explain the benefits of partnering with our company. Conduct negotiations, address concerns, and persuade potential affiliates to join our program.
Onboarding and Training: Guide newly recruited affiliates through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary resources, guidelines, and support to ensure a smooth integration into our affiliate program. Educate affiliates on our products/services, promotional materials, tracking mechanisms, and commission structures.
Affiliate Program Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the affiliate program to maximize performance and profitability. Analyze affiliate performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor affiliate performance on an ongoing basis, tracking key metrics such as traffic, clicks, conversions, and revenue. Generate regular reports to provide insights into affiliate performance, identify areas of improvement, and communicate results to the management team.
Affiliate Communication: Maintain regular communication with affiliates, keeping them informed about new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Provide ongoing support, address queries, and resolve any issues or concerns raised by affiliates promptly and professionally.
Compliance and Fraud Prevention: Ensure affiliates adhere to program terms, guidelines, and ethical standards. Monitor for fraudulent activities, enforce compliance measures, and take appropriate action when violations occur.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing. Identify emerging opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance the affiliate program’s performance.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Affiliate Acquisition Specialist, Affiliate Manager, or a similar role within the affiliate marketing industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance data.
Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing, is a plus.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and industry regulations is beneficial.
Online gaming-related experience is not a must, but a strong passion for the gaming industry and an understanding of the gaming community is highly desirable.
