Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking an influencer marketer passionate about Instagram and TikTok to join our team. The iHeartRaves Influencer Marketing Assistant will report to our Brand Manager and Influencer Coordinator and assist with influencer outreach and campaigns for iHeartRaves.
– Actively keep a pulse on top and emerging creators across Instagram and TikTok to identify influencers who align with our brand.
– Identify and evaluate potential partners based on engagement, expected impressions, and quality content.
– Lead, compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns to make strategic decisions and improvements.
– Assist with influencer discovery + outreach, styling, campaign planning, shipments, analytics, and reporting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand.
– Assist the Influencer Coordinator in compiling rosters, data, and other reports.
– Create strategic campaigns in line with the brand’s marketing calendar.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing/social media.
– A very strong pulse of current Instagram + TikTok trends in the US.
– Knowledge of US fashion and/or music festivals is preferred.
– Strong understanding and passion for Instagram and TikTok.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
Nice to Haves:
– Experience with negotiating influencer contracts from start to finish.
– Passion and knowledge of women’s apparel and/or EDM festival fashion.
– Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data.
– Shopify experience (manually inputting orders).
– Familiar with influencer management software, such as GRIN.
Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST
