Illustrator

We are an European based T-shirt brand and we‘ve been in this business for several years now.

As business is increasing, we want to expand our team of graphic designers / illustrators. We are looking for a new employee to join our young, motivated and creative team. We especially need creative people with experience in creating and designing. The candidates need to provide high quality designs and will deal with tasks that require a strong creative mindset.

WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING:

– You do YOUR OWN designs and you start them by sketch with a pen! (That means you can draw) 😉 It doesn’t matter if the sketch is done digital (e.g. on a tablet) or on paper

– We will provide you with briefings that include topics, niches, ideas, etc. and you will be responsible for the unique and individual visualization

– You can do UNIQUE and INDIVIDUAL designs. We are searching for a skilled illustrator and not merely a copycat of other designs. Using other sources like stockimages, AI generated imagery or google search is also a big no-go

– You also must be comfortable with creating designs that can be provocative and macabre

– Mastering Illustrator and delivering EPS files

– You know how to do fonts!

– Knowledge in Trademark – e.g. DON’T DO Superman shirts 😉

– Responsibility and reliability

– Good English communication

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

– Starting with a part time position: 5 unique, illustrated designs per week

– Monthly Salary 300 $/month via Transferwise (+ bonuses, depending on the work done)

– If the working relationship feels right then the job can be turned into a full time position

– Flex time. Work whenever you want. Task handover, design reviews etc. will be done accordingly

– Long business relationship

To make sure that the future collaboration suits both of us, we will ask you to do a paid test job for us beforehand. If we are comfortable with your portfolio, we will send you a briefing with further details.
