We are seeking a talented and experienced Children’s Book Illustrator to join our team at SPB, a personalised children’s book business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration, a passion for children’s literature, and the ability to create engaging and imaginative illustrations that bring stories to life.
This is a full time role, with hours that suit you, with full support required.
Key Responsibilities:
• create illustrations that effectively bring stories to life, using our current style of books.
• Create a wide range of illustrations, including character designs, backgrounds, and spot illustrations
• You will be responsible for overall aesthetic and tone of the book
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, this could be books or social media imagery
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• You will need to produce final output in photoshop.
• You will carry out illustrations as required for books, social media, and as per required for the business.
