Hi there! Are you an amazing illustrator and graphic designer? Are you excited about the idea of creating beautiful art for kids games? We are ThinkPsych, a US-based company that makes educational games for kids. Founded by two psychologists, our mission is to help kids live happier, better lives. We are looking to fill a LONG-TERM position for a graphic designer and illustrator. We want someone with at least 5 years experience that can help us to create new exciting & beautiful products for kids.
We are looking for someone that can help us with the following tasks:
1 – Illustrate and design card games / board games for kids (e.g., cards, instructions, boards for board games, etc.)
2 – Create and update packaging designs for products (e.g., the game box)
3 – Create and update marketing images on our website () and store
4 – Create infographics for our website and social media to spread awareness about emotional health
5 – Create illustrations to be used in children’s books and marketing projects
Hours are 40 hours/week. Starting salary is $1200/month, depending on experience. Subject to completion of 6 month probationary period.
QUALIFICATIONS
*Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
*A minimum of 5 years experience with illustration and graphic design
*Fluent with Adobe Suite – Photoshop & Illustrator required, InDesign preferred
*Strong attention to detail. If this describes you, put “illustration” as the first word in your application.
*Excellent visual design skills and creative ability
*Ability to illustrate for children’s products
*Friendly, effective communication with team members
*Creative and self-motivated
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
*Experience with children’s toy and game design
*Experience with packaging design
*Experience using Canva for quick digital design projects
*Experience with graphic design for ecommerce
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
*Flexible hours – work whenever you want. 40 hours a week total. We just ask that you are available for at least one meeting a week at 9AM EST (9PM Philippines Time).
*Pay is given weekly on Fridays; payment coverage is in real-time.
*We pay 13th Month Bonus subject to completion of 6 month probationary period.
*We give annual pay increases based on performance.
*Opportunities for BONUS income through profit sharing program.
*Every month you work you will earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year); an additional leave credit per year for every year of work completed.
*We offer 7 flexible paid public holidays.
