THIS IS A REMOTE (work from home) POSITION.
What You’ll Do:
As an Image Coordinator at Personal Creations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our creative processes, with a focus on post photography workflows, image management and quality control. You will be responsible for assisting the Image Edit team through asset and workflow management.
– Setup and organize structure in Adobe Experience Manager for new builds.
– Capture Image Edits team’s progress of builds in Trello.
– Assist team with asset management (DAM) and retrieval.
– Setup and organize structure in Adobe Experience Manager for new builds.
– Help coordinate and implement metadata insertion.
– Help review photo and image edit jobs for quality control.
– Help collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of image assets.
– Provide administrative assistance to leads to foster day-to-day internal communications regarding photography and image edit assets.
– Act as a liaison between creative, merchandising, marketing, and production teams to streamline processes.
What You Should Have:
– Strong eye for detail.
– Possess a minimum of 3 year of proven experience demonstrating the ability to successfully oversee and coordinate tasks within defined timelines.
– Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Showcase exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
– Excel in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive working relationships and contributing actively to team success.
– Demonstrate a quick-learning aptitude and the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Display a self-motivated and proactive approach, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work.

THIS IS A REMOTE (work from home) POSITION.
Technical Requirements:
– Own computer (Windows 10 or higher, at least 8GB RAM, and at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor) with dual monitor.
– Reliable high-speed internet access
– Work-from-home experience is a must.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM US Pacific Time
FULL TIME 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate: PHP 43,000.00 per month
