Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Image Editor to enhance and transform images for our various projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our creative team. You will be responsible for editing and retouching images to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics, ensuring that our visual content is both captivating and professional.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and Retouch Images: Perform high-quality image editing, retouching, and color correction to enhance the overall look and feel of the images.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and other members of the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver images that meet the desired objectives.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all edited images, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
Image Management: Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for managing and archiving image files.
Quality Assurance: Review images for quality and accuracy before final delivery, ensuring that all edits are precise and professional.
Creative Input: Provide creative input during the image editing process, suggesting improvements and enhancements to achieve the best visual results.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest image editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve skills and techniques.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in image editing and retouching.
Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image editing software.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for color, composition, and aesthetics.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your image editing and retouching work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., fashion, advertising, e-commerce) is a plus.
Knowledge of additional software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or video editing tools.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
