– This role is 100% work from home
– Total 12 personal/sick days a year

***IMPORTANT***
# We are looking for someone who can do night shifts, start around 1-2am Manila Time.
# We required 1 work day during the weekend. That means you’ll have 1 day off during the week and 1 day off on weekend.
Job Duties:
– Customer Service Inquiries Management
– Daily & Weekly KPIs Tracking
– Recurring Ongoing Tasks
– Managing our Amazon Deals + Coupons

– Always be on time
– Work 1 day on weekend (you’ll have instead 1 day off during the week)
– Ability to communicate well
– Looking for long-term employment (!)
Skills Required:
# Great English skills both writing and speaking
# Computer literate
# Experience with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
# Experience working in a team
# Pays attention to details
Past-Experience:
* 2 Years+ of Ecommerce Customer Service experience, Preferably for an Amazon-based business
* At least 2 years experience working remotely
* Clickup/Asana/Trello/Task management app experience
