– This role is 100% work from home
– Total 19 days off per year – 12 personal days + 7 paid holidays

***What a successful Sourcing Specialist looks like***
– Manages our communication with suppliers on Wechat and Alibaba and building a strong relationship with them
– Summarizing the most important information in an organized for our Research & Sourcing Manager
– Get quotes from suppliers efficiently and following up quickly with them if there is information missing from the quotes
– Negotiate with our suppliers in a well-mannered way that will not hurt the relationship
– Help us minimize our sourcing & development times by communicating effectively
*** Experience Required ***
– At least 1 year experience of Product Sourcing from China for Amazon FBA
– Experience with Alibaba and communicating with suppliers via wechat
– At least 2 years experience working remotely with a team
