IMMEDIATE HIRE: Fulfillment & Customer Service VA with Good English Skills.

We are a fast-growing E-commerce company in the music industry selling on Shopify.
We are looking for a talented Fulfillment & Customer Service VA to work from the comfort of their own home and help grow our business.
The Fulfillment involves a lot of work with music listening in different kins of genres, being a music lover is a must!

This position offers a lot of room for growth and promotions for the right candidates.
First 2-4 weeks (Testing & Training Period): 4 Hours/Day, Monday through Friday, night-time PHL.
Salary during training period: $3/hour
After that, you will transition into a full-time position (8 Hours/Day), *Night shifts*.

You’ll be responsible for the Fulfillments & Customer Service, Daily & Weekly KPIs Tracking, Recurring Tasks, funnels management, and learning new skills.

***IMPORTANT***
# We are looking for someone who can do night shifts (Manila night shifts = daytime U.S time zone)
# We required 1 work day during the weekend. That means you’ll have 1 day off during the week and 1 day off on weekend.

Past-Experience:
* Customer Service experience
* VA Experience (1 Year+)

*Compensation Plan*
– 13th Month/Christmas Bonus (after the first year together)
– For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year) that can be converted to cash if not used.
